    hi guys, I own both the small and large hart picks from bunnings and a walco std pick. the large hart is faaaar to heavy, the small one can do some damage but the walco wins hands down. having said that the small hart can make light work of hard ground.

    What are the main benefits of the conductivity switch for gold prospecting? I haven't fitted mine yet as I wanted to get the feel of the standard unit. Someone also said that the switch is really only of benefit when coin hunting? true/false?

    Dredging in Australia for recreational activities IS illegal..

    is it illegal to set up a sluice in a river or on the side of a river and manually feed the sluice with a spade and pan a bucket at the end of sluice?
