Cricket Test - Aus vs England 2021

Had a day at the Gabba today with son & grandson family boys day out. Saw Lord Botham there during the tea break this afternoon. I think the Lord was up here for the unveiling of Allan Borders statue on Tuesday as he was one of the sponsors of the bronze according to the plaque on the statue base.

    Starting out

Gday Hope your Australia Day is going well. Went for a quick swing down the beach this morning. Only came up with one ring and some trash. The ring has no marks on it. Is there a way to tell what it is made of? The stone is clear. It could be glass, zircon, diamond or something else. Cheers Bazz.

I'm Back And Have Some Great Finds!

Some great finds there but the cricket buckle is a beauty. Im thinking the bearded England player depicted on the buckle would appear to be a representation of W.G.Grace. Grace is considered to be one of the founding fathers of modern test cricket. Check his profile and picture Wikipedia. Bazz.
