the yellow and the black is just dirt glue on this, it is not inside the cristal. we try oxalic acid but the dirt don't moove. it is hard to clean and too long with a tooth pick

the biggest is 3 carrat and the smallest is 0.4

HI, thank you Piep for this trick, it is for cleaning emeralds. The schist look like glue and be very hard to clean, it is easy to clean the basic with hot water but some dust are very sticky and thiny ( 0.1mm and less ) for sure I will add some pics before and after ;-)

someone know the acid can burn schist around a mineral ?

or what can i do with my emerald, she needs to be clean, cut and oil injected.
