one of my old coins i am working on to date it, pre 1810 ?

Also a George 3rd made in 1797. Was called a "Cartwheel" Penny.
It has no date on the obverse, but does on the reverse under the left seated Brittania.
Supposed to weigh 27.7 grams.
Your's IMHO is definitely not the 1806 version.

Am thinking a 1799 half penny, usually weighs 12.7 grams though with some wear might read as low as mid to low 12's. Matches rounded bottom on brittania as shown below, and at 13mm diameter is slightly smaller than a Victorian era penny.
