Is it larger than later pennies? Looks like a George 3rd. Only made 1806-07.
same size round RJ, but twice as thick, the coin above has the date under ol'mate, mine is clean there and no sign of a date, pretty sure there is something under the seatedRamjet said:

It has no date on the obverse, but does on the reverse under the left seated Brittania.
Supposed to weigh 27.7 grams.
Your's IMHO is definitely not the 1806 version.

Am thinking a 1799 half penny, usually weighs 12.7 grams though with some wear might read as low as mid to low 12's. Matches rounded bottom on brittania as shown below, and at 13mm diameter is slightly smaller than a Victorian era penny.
am thinking your on the right track, i need to clean a little more below the seated
