I'm Back And Have Some Great Finds!

Now i have been finding some great coins but this next one is such a shame. Since finding a spot in the middle of thick bush 80x80 mtrs wide jam packed with all these coins below ( All common date and tumbled cleaner) along with some silvers i had been looking out for the Key date ones 1930 penny, 1923 half penny and the 1925 penny.....

Now last weekend i found the 3rd rarest copper Aussie coin!!!!
Now you wont beleive out of all the pennys in Australia and of all the dates someone just had to shoot this 1925 penny! Looks like they hammered it flat again to re use the coin maybe? Could be a story behind it too like soldier shot at and bullet slowed down somehow before hitting him etc etc but sadly without evedence of a story like that its not worth a penny . Interesting none the less

That 80x80 patch is amazing. Nice hunting.

In the third photo in post #261 I noticed you have a 1921 Commonwealth penny.A nice one too.Check out this thread and see if its a "London obverse".
