anyone have a test plot to send this bloke , like a well known gold spot and see if he can pick the hotspot ?

Let us proceed as you suggest area that you know, and I'll draw it and point out where there is gold.
 
GPS coordinates of enough or can be a piece of map with the name of the area that I would be guided can specify about which district
 
four conditions shown in black, red and yellow areas are indicated which should be gold.

How about trying the Lal Lal gold field in Victoria and if that doesn't work you can try Sovereign Hill.
