Yeah Wally would be perfect accessory for a van or camper, not sufe of the power requirements though, I'm sure it would consume quite a bit, maybe too much for batteries.

As one who sells hospitality gear both wholesale and retail, I will point out that labour saving appliances are all well and good but the same result can be obtained by a more manual process.
The thermomix works well and has even been superceded by a commercial variant by the international company Robot Coupe call the Robot-Cook which is bigger, faster has more programmable memory and a bigger capacity.
It also has a price tag of just over 4k.
Makes hollandaise and bearnaise sauces a breeze but the same result can be got for little time spent with a pan and a stove.
