It's listed for $800k, I figure if ten families bought in it would only cost us $80k each.

It does say Open for Inspection Times, so go and "inspect the property"....of course you might bring a metal detector with you and it might accidentally get turned on during your inspection tour of the property.

Thanks Doc,

Had our fourth and final baby late last year so everything that's a luxury has had to take a sideline, like hobbies, cleaning and bathing. I've missed a whole detecting season and its almost time to break out the highbanker again. Ill be mentioning the club trip to the wifey and see what she has to say, we've invested in our own tent so we won't have to rely on Wal n Liz next time.

It's good to be back and hope to catch up soon
