Garrett ATX Information and Questions

Has anybody had any experience with ATX, from reviews they seem reasonably good, like some thoughts before I commit to buy. thanks Mal ickshovel:

Type ATX under the middle P in "Prospecting" in the toolbar on top of home page.

Spend less money on a 4500, and better and cheaper coil selection. I know I have both; the 4500 is the better investment if you want to find gold.

Having used an ATX for a day, there is no way in the world I would buy one. Big, heavy, awkward, and not real flash performance. My advice would be to go for a GPX, or a QED which is my tool of choice these days.

just ask how many people are using atxs ,I looked a getting one once until I picked one up far to heavy go for a GPX Minelab
