2002 HZJ105R ("100 Series") Landcruiser 4.2L Diesel.

1HZ indirect injection non-turbo diesel engine - well-known for its reliability and durability.

It won't break any speed records, but acceleration is more than acceptable, and it will sit on 110km/h with no problems.

Standard model with all the features of a real off-road 4WD vehicle: solid / live front axle (NOT independent front suspension); dual range 4WD (2 Hi, 4 Hi, 4 Lo); manual locking hubs, rear barn doors for easy access to rear section, manual windows, twin diesel tanks.

Factory air conditioning (and it works!)

Fully mechanical fuel system - no finicky electronics on the injector pump.

Serviced very regularly.

Some other features:

ARB Steel Bull Bar (winch compatible)

Alloy Sidesteps (Kingsley brand)

Dual battery setup (using RedArc battery isolator)

2" Lift

6-seater

Uniden UHF Radio

Heavy-duty genuine Toyota tow hitch setup

Sony CD/Mp3, Bluetooth Stereo Head Unit

Power Steering

Sunraysia Rims

Air Horns

Heavy-duty Australian-made canvas seat covers

Heavy-duty rubber boot liner

It has done rather high KM (550,000) but has been serviced very regularly (every 6 weeks for most of its life).

It drives great - very "tight".

No oil leaks. No strange noises. No strange behaviour.

$14,500

Will supply RWC for VIC buyers.

Car is ready to register.

No rego as is, but I can arrange Vic rego at cost (approximately $900 including plates)

Taking some pics today.

I agree - they are great. The live front axle makes it feel much more stable, esp when off-road.
