The horseman- Any help

Went out today and found a bunch of small junk and came across a small metal circle that was crusted over with caked on sand and sea crap. It seemed to have something about it so i kept it instead of throwing it away. I have soaked it in white vinegar all day to see something that wasn't expected. Can anyone help with what it is or wear its from? I'm resonating it in some new vinegar and see if there is any markings on the back.

This looks like a statue of knight Brunswick. Is that a dragon underneath?

Yeah it's a dragon looking at it closely, but didnt recognise it until gcause posted the link

Yeah, StGeorge sounds more like it. It does look look like a dragon. I was thinking of another knight as i am not Anglosaxon. Similar story. Nice find mate. Keep them coming.
