Can anybody tell me the purpose of this mini-spanner set.

Spanner set.jpg

Sizes range from A to H with a feeler gauge and a flat screwdriver. They came amongst a bundle of old tools I bought off a guy in Perth some time back. I found these while looking for a thread tap. They are sure to be old because they were amongst other tools from a deceased estate.

I vaguely recall using them to connect the wire from the contact points in the distributor that ran out from the points to the ignition coil.
The points had a little 3/8" (across the flats) or thereabouts nut. Back in the days when you had to lift the bonnet every couple of months and do a tune-up.

Can anybody tell me the purpose of this mini-spanner set.
