Hey all would love some help with this one,

Have found INFO on the other designs which state:
"WW2 Civil Defence lapel badges from South Australia, which were responsible for the same functions as those of the ARP in Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland. The badges are colour-coded and each badge is numbered on the reverse and has a brooch pin fitting. The Adelaide manufacturer's name is also on the reverse side of the badge."

1. Red (Evacuation)
2. Yellow (Road Transport)
3. White (Warden)

However I cannot find anything on the colour code That I have found. Also I believe the numbers on the back may relate to the person?

Any help Would Be Appreciated.

Jason.

g'day Jason
I have no idea about the blue and white badge, but if I was trying to research it I'd be looking at something to do with civil defence and water.
just cause of the colours/looks of it.
