Hi! Wrighty, not sure on weight it doesn't worry me like it's not too heavy. And looking close to mine I have fabricated banker with pop rivets that's how its made, no welding at all-As for the pump sends out 150lt/min is under wals spec and just works ok. I would suggest get the min spec pump...
:D Today I found I can make a sieve out of aluminium flyscreen by cutting out the inside of a lid for a big paint can.
Place flyscreen over big bucket , now tap lid on, trim excess screen, now jigsaw top of bucket off -new sieve.!!!
No mate only tested it with battery and bilge pump seemed to work ok ,as seen its actally a baby size highbanker that will classify ok down to whatever gap provided on rear grizzly.
Cheap and easy to make although the Perspex is a bit of a fiddle and can be mastered.
Hi, guys thought a few might have 1, got 1 and tested it -yes you will generally use specified technique that come on the leaflet ,but aquire your own technique as you play with it I don't mind them they are fast.
I got a green one and the instruction sheet shows a black one looks the same...
