Sensational finds, but couldn't help noticing that your 305 looks a lot like a 705 :)

got out today for another swing, spent about an hour around some old ruins in the bush, lots of false signals which may be due to the clay, and a fair bit of junk - but did find a few items of interest, a silver plated fork, old .303 shell and the base of an old shotgun cartridge. check out...

Picked up my "second hand" 305 today from a generous forum member - upgrading from a Jaycar special, wish all the second hand stuff I bought looked like this. And took it out for a little swing. and found a few coins and stuff, and a fair bit of junk (not pictured) - all all in all, pretty happy.
