Hi Baldy. I have found with my 4500 v sdc that it will pick up all the gold and deeper but the sound is alot stronger with the sdc on the smaller 0.05g size. But you are correct the Elite coil is a weapon. I could not beleive how small it would find for a big coil.

I am heading their for a week on the 9th i will give a report when i get back of what it is like, i have all permits and are ready to find gold with lots of research done. not sure if i have the right detector for the job.

Clermont here i come. Going up on The 9th of August for a week in the hope to find my first piece of gold. Can't wait. :)

Lol. Very easy to find gold rings but from what I hear it is alot harder to find gold.
