All depends on how big the fridge freezer is; how long you want to be off grid for; how many watts your panels will put out and if you get sun while you are off grid. Other than that it seems a good option. Lot to consider.

Yer thanks. I have been contemplating an up grade to the Detect Ed carbon shaft. Might wait and see how long I get out of the stock shaft first.

I've been looking at those shafts, they look the goods, if only they made them in a gooseneck, I find a gooseneck shaft much more to my liking when swinging.
