For those using a multi tray dehydrator with the cooking time of 7.5 - 8hours: after 3-4 hours, take the bottom tray (tray 1) and replace it with the top tray (tray 6). then swap trays 2 and 5, 3 and 4. this will give you a consisitant cook through all of your jerky.

Hi Everyone, We have over 500 acres, 15 mins north west of Gulgong. The more i look around the place, Ive got a feeling on a few spots that might hold something of value. The property next door has a few shafts from back in the day so heres hoping. I'll look into hiring a detector for a week...
