I have built the SM Pro PI and built my own coil and it is easy if you follow online instructions. Coil inductance is around 300uh.

Interesting you are using Arduino for this project. I use them for robotics and a homebuilt Segway.

Finally received my new oscilloscope so I can start on the Minipulse machines.

Not using minelab coils. I built the coil myself using a coil housing I got from ebay. They were ordered from Bulgaria. You have to build the coil to the specifications in the kit.

Havent really worked out cost yet because of changes as I built it but as a guess around $500 plus labour. Price went up due to the koss headphones.
