Wasn't sure whether it was chert or jasper - the beach in Tassie is full of it.
I've attached a close-up photo with some pointers.
Any info on what those yellow trails are would be greatly appreciated.

We found this (and several similar) rocks on our recent trip to Tassie. We're pretty sure it's jasper (or at least chert) but are intrigued about the different coloured scratches that are yellow-ish
Any ideas on what this might be?
