That looks so juicy and tender Hippy! After a day of panning we got home and Panny whipped me up a small cheese platter... The cheeses were from a local place in Elaine called Farmgate, awesome little butchery owned and run by the farmers.

We got this guy and gave it a run today. We got more gold than we ever have in a third of the time. Super pleased with it.
