Thank you... have been to BB today, its clised until 2 Jan - but can enter to fossick on the creek bed for $10. 7Oaks is closed indefinitely. The Gem shop and Visitors Info Centre in Inverell are sold out of bags of wash... and not sure when they will get more. So... might try Glen Innes...
