Thanks for the welcome! My kit so far is : SDC2300 Aldi Detector Deteknix Wader-Li pinpointer. I'm planning to get an Xterra 705 in the coming month or so. As good as the Aldi detector is for the money, some better discrimination readout would be awesome.

I'm coin popping in a park at the moment, wouldn't know I've been there if you didn't see me. I think that's how it should be.

I'm officially hoarding all coins now. On that note, I've picked up a round Gold 2016 50c coin from the mint as well as their set of twenty 50c 2016 coins. Now I just need an original 1966 round 50c silver coin in mint/UNC condition and I will be happy.

That is an absolute bargain at that price with the adapter included. Someone buy this if it hasn't sold already!

At the current gold prices, this would be an awesome find if it's real.

A few 705's going for $550-600 on Facebook groups at the moment. Gold packs at that! I'm on the hunt for one now too. Should have one in the next few weeks. Never pay retail. They go on special at Anaconda every couple of months.
