Hi Everyone,
Sorry if this has been posted before but I'm looking to see what your experience has been with target ID's for the following coins.
Mine have been:
Australian Penny - 36
Australian Half Penny - 39
Australia Shilling - 30 to 36 where 33 was the most common
6 Pence - 30
3 Pence -...
Holy Shiite... I never imagined it could actually be a genuine spoon....It's tiny!!!! :o
Yeah shovels..... too right silver!!! :Y:
So now I imagine a couple British fellows having a cuppa tea whilst hunting :)
Best to do your research on a park, how old it is, was it used for market days or festivals in the past....??
You would be wasting your time if it was a rubbish dump and back filled in the day now turned into a modern park land! Mostly trash. I found one of those once, had to figure out where...
It's not a sugar spoon, if it is then it's the smallest spoon in the world. No bigger than your pinkie finger...
It has to be off a school crest or shooters club shield...It was found in the same hole as the bullets!!
Time will tell :)
Had a closer look at the bullets, no numbers as its fairly rusted but I can make out something on one it says
C A . . . 1A
That's my best interpretation. The dots are either corroded letters or spaces...
Hi all,
Any comments on my finds? What could they be? Medals? Trophy parts? Designs off a case holding the gun and bullets? Bullets look to be 303 calibre? Ends are worn. Bullets have been in the ground for some time judging by the rust? How old are 303 calibre bullets?
I can only guess they...
Also, at the same location as the penny's I found this beauty, my first button ever. Not 2 weeks ago...
Stoney can you help me identify it? I can't make out the letters, definitely a "A" and an "L" I can't tell if its Australia or a Latin word of some kind. I can't recall the shield logo...
