Try Bendigo Gold World for the repairs.
You may also be able to do it ya self if it's simple.
Great machine though. Found some good gold with it years ago.

I used to use the round 14" Coiltek mono coil on my 22. Found many many nuggets at very good depth both small and larger. I also used a nugget finder 18" mono but never found anything deeper than I did with the 14.

I have noticed that when I use my EG in a built up area the 6.4khz can be a little bit unsteady but when I flick to 20khz it works fine.
This may also work in the reverse that if the 20 khz frequency is a bit dodgy due to interference then you may be able to flick to 6.4 and smooth...
