One more question, any recommendation on a speaker ( brands and where I can purchase) that I can just plug into the li-ion battery and mount on my harness as headphones tend to make me a little claustrophobic.

Just received my new GPX4500 from Miners Den Bendigo great service and helpful people to deal with, I'm looking forward to much more success with this weapon than my old vlf detector.

Had the same problem twice and discovered that the wires at the control box end connector were broken, I paid the freight to send my coil back to S.A. Minelab and they fixed it free of charge and returned it within 5 days can't ask for better service than that can you. Braggy
