hi jon I was highbanking, just digging down to rock then using a hand sucker to clean up the bottom

hope so I been going to the same spot now on and off for about 6 months and got a total of 12 grams, it doesn't seem to matter which rock you dig behind its everywhere just a pity its so small

You are right MJB about the gold, it is larger than reedy creek plus steep and rough. The only problem at the moment is the blackberries making it tough to get to the water. Might as well give it a crack what have got to lose :) As least if you don't find anything you've at least narrowed your...

Hi guys I was up that way a couple of weeks ago in the nine mile ck area, using just a pan it was pretty hard going compared to reedy ck. Did find a few specks but nothing to brag about. Had a look around the junction but found nothing. Hope you guys do better than me.

I just been going to the usual camping spots and digging in the same area as everyone else but tend to target the middle of the creek, seems to pay off for me

Every time I go I'm narrowing my search down to where the gold is not. Lol

Slowly making my way up to a ounce, I got a grand total of 8 grams since Xmas

Had another dig on Sunday and still plenty of water (and gold), got about 2 grams and still got to finish processing my cons.

Sometimes it stops but always a puddle or two, we've had good rains this year so I think it won't stop flowing

Hi Potofgold I was up there yesterday, down near kangaroo flat there is plenty of water and some nice gold to be had. Ran my highbanker but plenty of spots to run a river sluice
