Did detecting many 20 years ago with a Whites XLT.

Paid $800.00 used. It was a lot bulkier than what is available today and used to show an ICON on the screen of what the probable target was.
.dime..pull tab...quarter...etc.

Dropped out of detecting and then recently met a guy detecting in my park with a Simplex by Nokia.

Ordered it with wireless headphones and I don miss the cord. Cheap at $369.00.

However I don't want to dig coins and after watching Outback Gold with Krisey and Hank I wanted to go for California Gold.

Trouble is the Simplex frequency is too low so I bought the Gold Kruzer.
Every prospector needs a faithful burrow to haul his stuff and mine is a sport aircraft designed to get into unimproved Backcountry strips where there aren't many prospectors. I call her Aero Burrow.

Now I need someone to help me to get this detector to work in wet salty Beach sand.
