G'day to all from Innisfail FNQ,
I have just returned home to Qld from a prospecting trip to WA where I managed to collect around 25 grams of gold using my GPX 5000 and a further 6 grams from a borrowed dry blower.
I am keen to find some good spots within my local area and according to my Trilobite app there seems to be plenty of old mines not to far away.
Has anyone had experience and luck prospecting/fossicking here, say between Townsville and Cairns?
Any advice/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
