First target yesterday with my mates 3030 at a local park. 1902 coronation medallion. After I give it a bit more of a clean I will give the medallion to him. I could tell he liked it.

The last weeks lockdown meant no detecting and my Nox being flooded with water during that time had me sending it back to be replaced, I'm still waiting for it to return.
Before lockdown I managed to get out for a swing, the cuts and gutters have been good revealing some old finds.
Waiting patiently now, my mate Yulia said I can use her Nox 600 but I declined, I don't want to flood hers and then she has no detector.

The green cz silver ring was a nice surprise as were the other rings. I have more finds but I never took pictures as I have been busy around home.
Until next time happy detecting
Cheers Gda :Y: :D

Still coming up with plenty of goodies, I like the ring with the green stone. Shame about the Nox flooding, seems to be an all too common issue - thank good for warranty.

Yeah it's very common, maybe because there's so many being bought. 1 and a half years before it finally leaked so I'm pretty happy with it, considering it payed for itself many times over. :Y:

I imagine there's a nox v2 coming in a few years, all these replacements must have had a financial impact

Happy birthday mate :cake: :present:

Thanks mate

Three detects with the new nox and managed to Christen it with a small gold signet, a Silver Pandora and a tungsten ring, the florin was a nice surprise.
I saw a father with his daughter walking close by yesterday she looked around 2 or 3 years old and my first find was a 1958 penny, I waved them over and gave the penny to the little girl whose smile was a mile wide. The father thanked me once then again for a second time then a third and I said it's a lucky penny and I continued on my way.
Anyway I need some sand moving in the patch zone as I've been hitting the deeper water up to chest, shoulder high... Been bashed by waves but the water is so warm I didn't mind so much.

Happy birthday Art, good to hear you got a new Nox and christened it .

Thanks mate, thoroughly loving it and took counter measures on the leaking problem, I didn't use silicone to plug the bung under the battery, I used blue tak. Lol :D
