Noob about to move to Brisbane

Hi all - I'm currently based in Sydney but moving to Brisbane in March / April.

I love getting out into the country, remote camping etc. and I got a great deal on an Equinox 800 (sold to me by a friend as an unwanted gift) so I'll be keen to go looking for shiny things up that way. I'll probably head out to Warwick on a dirt bike, and maybe overnight there.

I've read that unoccupied land is free game for fossicking - does anyone know of a way to easily find unoccupied land using map layers etc.?
