This vid touches on the Goldfield, How the field was ever found in such rough beautiful country. This Walking Group of 3, endeavored to find the grave of a Tree feller who lost his life moving logs in a river.

One foot out the door
Some kind person has put this together, some great scenes of old goldrushes from all corners of Victoria, most will be familiar with the locations. Very interesting to see how devoid of vegetation the landscape is, shows how much timber was needed to keep the mines going.
