Hi all,what a wonderful forum of like minded people with an incredible wealth of experience and information. I have been reading some of the past posts and I am pleased and surprised at the value and depth of information that's being shared on this forum.
Naturally being a newbie I have a million questions to ask but I will just start with which detector you would recommend?
I am looking at the mine lab Equinox 600 or 800 otherwise the gold monster gm1000. Being new to this I'm not sure where it will take me though metal detecting for gold in the old workings around CQ I see as being my starting point though I'm not ruling out detecting the local beaches and parks.
