Confused??

Not sure I did the right thing??.. Ordered two detectors that should be arriving sometime next week.
Watched numerous vids, and the more I watched the more I got confused.
Anyway...Just like to say thank you to the members on this forum that have inspired me.

Nokta Simplex+, and Equinox 800.
From Australia.

Stick to the book settings , keep your signal smooth and not sqarking every movement , picture the depth of the ground and work accordingly.
Most of all enjoy it , if you can find lead shot you will find gold..

Hey Aussiefarmer

Not much gold to be found where Im currently located at.
I have access to several very old farms with a bit of history that detectors have never been on.
Ill be concentrating on relics and coins for the moment, fields and beach.

Stuck down here for another two years, but soon as I get back home to FNQ Ill be purchasing the appropriate equipment to find the yellow stuff.
