No the GPZ7000 uses Minelabs own proprietary wireless RF system not Bluetooth.
You could use a compatible Bluetooth transmitter from the GPZ7000 to your Sony Bluetooth headphones though. Not sure how good it would be though?
I tried Bluetooth via transmitter to receiver on the GPZ & wasn't 100% happy with the audio quality. As I already had the Bluetooth set up I only tried it for a backup to the GPZ's system.

Quest wire free works well.
