Hello to all. To introduce myself: I live in germany, have friends in australia and since I got an australian nugget I am fascinated by natural gold. I collected minerals before, but natural gold is my new favourite. I dont know when and if ever I will have the opportunity to come to australia, but being in these forum is a little bit like being there.

Welcome German. My wife and I used to live in the UK (20 years in Manchester). Moved home to Oz in 2015.

We holidayed in Sensbachtal (Odenwald) 35kms north of Heidelberg every second year. Magnificent country! Loved the people, their hospitality and going for forest walks daily.
