Couldnt believe my luck finding such a mint lead seal still with pretty good detail. Must be dated early to mid 1800's going by the location i found it along with a 1835 sixpence. Pretty sure its dutch maybe VOC dutch east indies?
Anyone know more? About 40mm across, biggeer then a 50c peice

If the lion is holding a sword then its the coat of arms of Holland i doubt is voc dutch as they use to mark everything voc and the company went bankrupt in 1799. But it is a very beautiful and significant find and a little bit research should reap rewards
 
Just got a email from maritime museam, sadly not as old as i first thought. Likley early 1900's
