Get yourself a little eagle shovel made by Predator.

Cut plug out as per image sample above. Do this in a shape of a small square. Lift plug

remove Target and place plug back in.

The little eagle has perfect plug width as well and its what i use.

For tot lots i use a small prospecting pick.
