Great looking spot Sandta going off those great finds, tasty snake buckle as well. There is the possibility the watch case may be rolled gold, here is a link to a site explaining how to ID gold vs rolled gold on your watch, though might be hard if you cannot view the internal serial number on the actual watch workings (Elgin internals were sold separately to the Illinois Watch Case Co case in the USA).

Got this (not so little) beauty today
