Looks like you've been having a good run and finding some real nice ones to keep you interested. Great photos :trophy:

Thanks for the replys fellas :Y:

All of those were pretty much the iffy,
deeper down ones people have missed I guess.

I was just thinking last week how I would love for once to find a patch no ones been over... Well last night I found it !!

A decent amount of easy signals and pretty shallow too

Ill do a few more nights on it then post some pics...

So as previously stated, Ive found my first lot of virgin ground....
A long time coming !!

Its an interesting spot with some age as Im getting some 1870s English pennys up to 1960 6p.
Also some Military finds as well.

Plenty of 1 & 2 cent coins about as well as pennys and half pennys - most are worse for wear though.

The following is results of 4 hunts & a fair few hours...

Well done, definitely hasn't been a detector over that ground. The threepences are all sterling silver as well. Can't wait until the day I find a Rising Sun and an Australia flash badge.Keep the spot to yourself mate.

Score! Plenty of good quality silvers there but the rising sun takes the cake. Well found :Y:

if i found that many silvers in one sniff , the ambo's would be coming as i reckon i'd grow weak at the knees :8 :8 :playful:

nice haul  :rainbow:

Been awhile posting - Mostly busy little bit lazy...

Was at the family farm and got permission to detect a private 1870s site.

A lot of bullet shells and some damn big lead,
Nice little buckle, Interesting hand made copper earring and my oldest coin which seems to be a 1806 cartwheel penny.

All was given back to the land owner as promised.

Evening all,
Long time posting but I still check in from time to time..
I found this glass, copper mosaic type brooch while out bush awhile ago.
There are no marks or writing anywhere except for “gilt” - It’s still in quite good condition considering.
Would love to know anything more about it - origin, age ??
If anyone has any ideas or ideas of places to look I’d be most appreciative !!
