Hi All

came across this fantastic forum while researching about gold prospecting. It has been really helpful with lots of great information. I have just purchased a Gold Monster 1000 as my first detector. My wife and I are itching to get and out and give it a try.
So thankyou for all the wonderful advice on here and I look forward to learning lots more.

Hi Guys
Have been in the Mackay region for 4 years now after moving from the golden triangle in Victoria. I not done any prospecting since unless I fly back to see mates. Would be interested in any alluvial prospecting and have all the gear. Been prospecting for around 16 years. Never done any gem work and willing to try.
