Sluicing in S.A

G'day everyone, just a quick question about sluicing in South Australia. I know you can pan, us a shaker box and they also say you can sluice. Now my impression of that is you're not allowed to pump out of a natural water source and it has to manually done with a bucket. So over the summer i have put together a DIY sluice and i built it around a recirculating water source meaning i bring and use my own water wherever i go. I sent a few messages out to the big wigs around the mining sector but no response as of yet and i'm itching to have a go this week end. Can someone shed some light on this as as far as i can see there should be no issue as i shovel, classify and bucket anything i put thru first and its not a shovel fed beast like a gold hog high banker.
