When it's too windy to go fishing it's time to pull out the exterra and go fishing in the paddocks best thing is the wind keeps the flies away. I have been to this spot before so wasn't expecting to get a coin first up but there it was only 7 paces in. Scored a 1901 thru-penny bit also and this interesting enamelled Australia badge with Birmingham hallmarks on the back and a date stamp of 1914 [if I have read it correct]. The second picture shows what I think is a 'copper shoe' maybe from a table lamp or something like that, threepence is for sizing, sorry about the quality. If anyone has any other ideas on what it may be please post your suggestions. Cheers Mark.
