It says celebrate and birthday in german with a few more indeciferable words and the date 1867 or 1887,on the other side it has wilhelm deutsch kaiser,hope someone know what this is,thanks

yeah im trying to get a better look at the words all i know so far is the top word is peier which means celebrate and the long word in the middle says geburtstage which means birthday,cant find any shape like this on google as yet

dubbles from what I could find out it is to celebrate the 90th birthday of William 1 King of Prussia (22 March 1797 9 March 1888).
