Can anyone tell me if the Fors Gold coils are compatible with the Fors Gold + please? Cheers. :/

Unfortunately no.

Fors Gold is 15 kHz, which is compatible with Fors CoRe

Fors Gold+ is compatible with Fors Relic, both 19 kHz.
