Socialist are programed to instigate these measures so that they can control resourses and prevent there use by the individual or group.
All under tha banner of conservation..
We cant name one with out including the many that are responsible. The SJW in education,the union movement ,the media and all the major politic parties.
All are pushing similar agendas.
