Hi all going to walhalla ,Rawson , this Thursday.23rd & 24 august Taking the good wife away for a couple of days as she has had some big shoulder surgery ,and is a bit over it all with the pain. And then on to a family 70th on the weekend ,
So not wanting to go to off road , but I do wish to do a few hrs of panning if possible I have never been in this area before . I know there's a couple of exempt rivers .but is there anywhere in stringers creek or anywhere near we could have a go I just need to get rid of that itch . I am fairly new to prospecting but the good lady comes first . She most definitely is not able to get into anything to much .

Hi Doug, if they ask in town (Walhalla) the good folk will show them where you can pan in Stringers Ck, there's a section that is allowed but the rest of Stringers is on the exempt list to my knowledge.
That would be their easiest access I would imagine without going off-road.

Good luck to them and I hope they find a few colours :Y:
