The coppers look good after a tumble, have always been in two minds over tumbling predecs, though shouldn't matter if crusty or non key date examples. smile

Well we went to a property we gained permission too on Saturday. The owners said that there was an old tip way up the back of property. I asked roughly what age. She said a pram was there like she had and around 1950's. I thought it was worth a look so we headed up there and such a good plan/ Pyro bottles everywhere! Caked in crap but we grabbed so many. This is one i cleaned up!

Well checked out a new location but the weather was terrible so had limited time but a few interesting finds.....
First was this 1899 half penny in good condition. Looks like it has a dye fill error as the " Half" wasnt stamped hard enough.
Cleaned it up with water and toothbrush and a light baby oil...
