It fell out of a sa d cliff into rocks fellas.. so it could well have aged atop the cliff for a hundred years before it fell to the rocks below.
Old mate couldn't believe I pulled a ring from where I got it hey. ]:D

WOW.... now that's some information Eldorado.... tried to look just then, but it's late and I don't want to wake everyone with the kitchen light on... tried to use the phone light and loupe together just then lol... but because I wasn't born as an octopus that just ain't gunna work for me. No one should attempt that in the dark in a recliner lounge ever as it is impossible. We'll just have to wait for the light of morrow in order to ascertain just which obverse I've gouged the Grande Canyon into ,... but boy o boy you'll have us all on the hunt for one of these 1921 1d London Obverse's now, maybe you could make up a dedicated thread for the search mate, so everyone see's it and goes through their old pennies and finds for a look.
