It's all tack welded together now. Everything fitted together nicely. Hopefully I'll finish welding it up tomorrow

very nice. What do you do for work because that looks professional.

Thanks mate. I am a mechanical engineer for a big steel fabrication company so I can get things laser cut and folded occasionally :p

It's almost finished now. I still need to finish off the wobble fan and get the riffle tray and a couple other bits zinc plated.

I still have to source some adequate wire mesh sheet for the hopper. Then to piece it together and give it a test run with some pay dirt I ordered off ebay.

Hey 1968, whatever you do, do not, put any abrasive material in that Ferrari Or it will not be accepted as a museum piece!
Mate, Whatever company you are working for , you need a pay rise as I can see a new business enterprise arising.
Mackka :) :) :)

Thanks for all the comments guys. I'll be asking some questions when it's running cos I have no idea how to operate a dry blower....

Mackka, work never pays enough lol. I'm afraid of scratching it actually. I wrapped everything in rags to take home today. Although powder coat is hard wearing.

Looks great, have you got a pic of the feed gate on the hopper?

I found this a bugger, lots of material runs through a tiny gap.
In the end the solution was to have it shaped into a triangle so it started with a small flow and was easily progressively increased as it was opened.

Get any bugs sorted out and start selling them.
